We want to introduce you to MorningStar of Santa Fe, which opens in the next couple of weeks and will offer area seniors incomparable assisted living and memory care. Moreover by offering 56 stylish assisted living suites in a variety of configurations, you are certain to find the perfect apartment. 

To ensure you receive the appropriate care to address your needs, our move-in process includes sitting down with the Wellness Director and your family to discuss your medical history and current health conditions as well as personal preferences and routines. From there we create an individualized care plan designed for your comfort and safety and approved by you and your family. If or when something does change with your health, your family can rest easy knowing we conduct periodic health care reviews in order to reevaluate your needs. 

Your monthly fee is based on several things including the level of care you will receive (we have five levels), which was established after your evaluation with our Wellness Director. Additionally as we offer a variety of apartments including studio, one-bedroom and two bedroom suites, your monthly rental fee is also determined on the square footage and the location and views of your suite. Other various auxiliary medical and non-medical services are priced a la carte. 

Every resident will have an around-the-clock Care Manager and access to a full-time licensed nurse. We also offer pharmacy services and medication management by Certified Med Care Managers.
